The Boss

Why does she hate me so much?
It's like she's taken an instant dislike to me.

I've been at my place of work for three years. The new boss started before Christmas last year. At first things where alright, kinda.
Then she stared shouting at me in front of colleges, and it's all escalated.

I'm not a confrontational person. At home it's just my mum and myself. We generally get on. And mums word is law even when she's wrong. So I don't know how to deal.

They are doing redundancies at work as well because apparently we are overstaffed by 37 hours. If I go voluntarily or forced to take redundancy then that is 35 hours sorted straight away.
